Dr. Shavona L. Whitehead, affectionately known as Dr. Von, is a transformational leader, empowerment coach, author, mentor, preacher, and visionary dedicated to helping women heal, emerge, and walk boldly in the fullness of who God created them to be.
Known as “The MORE Pusher,” Dr. Von has spent years empowering women to move beyond survival and embrace lives marked by healing, confidence, purpose, wholeness, and transformation.
Through coaching, mentoring, ministry, leadership development, and empowerment experiences, she has guided countless women through their journeys of restoration, helping them break free from limiting beliefs, overcome life’s challenges, and rediscover their authentic selves.
Dr. Von is the Founder and Visionary of MetamorphHER, a transformational movement inspired by the journey of the butterfly. What began as a coaching framework years ago has evolved into a powerful community of women committed to healing, growth, sisterhood, and emergence.
Her passion for this work is deeply personal.
Like many women, Dr. Von has experienced seasons of disappointment, grief, transition, betrayal, reinvention, healing, and restoration. She understands firsthand what it means to survive difficult seasons while still believing God for more. Through her own metamorphosis journey, she discovered that healing is not a destination but a process and that becoming requires courage. That revelation became the foundation of MetamorphHER.
Today, Dr. Von creates spaces where women can heal authentically, embrace their identity, reclaim their voice, and confidently emerge into their next season. Her approach combines practical empowerment, transformational coaching, faith, personal development, and authentic community to help women become everything they were created to be.
